Strawberry Breakfast Trifle
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp low GI honey
- 200 g low fat Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup granola see recipe
- Slice strawberries and add divide in 2 tall glasses or bowls.
- Add yoghurt on top of strawberries. Drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle granola over the top.
