Spiced Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup milk milk of choice
- ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ground cinnamon pinch
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
