Ocean trout and watercress on Bürgen® Rye
- 100 g smoked ocean trout
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese (60% less fat)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capers
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- Lebanese cucumber, finely sliced
- 1 cup watercress sprigs
- Combine cream cheese, capers and chives. Spread evenly over 4 slices of bread. Top with two slices with ocean trout, cucumber and watercress and top with the other slice of bread. Can also be served as open sandwiches.
