Ingredients
- 20 g MILO
- 10 g traditional rolled oats
- 200 ml reduced fat milk
- 50 g low fat natural yoghurt
- 5 g psyllium husk
- 40 g fresh strawberries frozen
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw.
