Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • ¾ cup reduced fat milk
  • ¼ cup MILO®
  • 8 slices wholemeal bread

Method

  • Combine eggs, milk and MILO®, beat well.
  • Heat fry pan, lightly grease. Dip bread into egg mixture and place in fry-pan, cook each side until golden.
  • Serve hot with fresh, diced fruit i.e. strawberries, banana, blueberries.
