milo® French Toast
- 2 egg
- 3/4 cup reduced fat milk
- 1/4 cup MILO
- 8 slices wholemeal bread
- Combine eggs, milk and MILO®, beat well.
- Heat fry pan, lightly grease. Dip bread into egg mixture and place in fry-pan, cook each side until golden.
- Serve hot with fresh, diced fruit i.e. strawberries, banana, blueberries.
