Ingredients

  • 200 g Hot smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp Ricotta
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped chives
  • 2 tsp Baby capers
  • Thinly sliced Lebanese cucumber
  • Watercress

Method

  • Flake salmon. Combine ricotta, lemon juice and zest, chives and capers. Gently combine with salmon. Pile on slices of bread and top with cucumber and watercress. Top with another slice of bread.
