Ingredients

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g cheddar cheese grated
  • baby spinach leaves shredded
  • spring onions thinly sliced
  • sesame seeds toasted
  • lemon juice
  • carrot grated
  • 2 slices Tip Top 9 Grain Original Bread

Method

  • Mix together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach, onion, sesame seeds and a little lemon juice. Spread over bread and top with carrot, and lettuce.
