Seared salmon and tzatziki tasting plate

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bürgen® Wholemeal & Seeds bread toasted
  • 100 g salmon fillet skin off
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ground white pepper
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1 cup mixed salad leaves

Method

  • Heat a small non-stick pan over a medium heat. Sear the salmon on both sides for a minute. Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate. Cover with the lemon juice and season with a little ground white pepper. Break it into chunks.
  • Serve the salmon chunks with the lettuce, tzatziki and toast fingers.
