Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bürgen® Whole Grain & Oats bread
  • ½ pear medium (50g) unpeeled, sliced thinly
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ground black pepper
  • 40 g Jarlsberg Lite cheese (2 slices)
  • 40 g DON® Traditional Ham Off The Bone or other low salt ham (2 slices)
  • ½ cup fresh rocket leaves
Ham, cheese, pear and rocket sandwich

Method

  • Put the finely sliced pear into a bowl with the lemon juice and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Put the cheese on to one slice of bread and add one slice of ham, pear slices and rocket. Top with remaining slices of ham, cheese and bread.
