Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana or fresh banana, approx. 110g
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 cup Complete Dairy High Protein milk 250ml
  • 100 g low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 25 g rolled oats approx. ¼ cup
  • 5 hazelnuts roasted
Banana-Hazelnut Smoothie

Method

  • Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, then serve.
  • TIP: You may like to add a teaspoon of honey for a daily indulgence.
