4 small apples (120g each), unpeeled
35g (1/3 cup) rolled oats 2 tablespoons raisins, finely chopped
11/2 tablespoons CSR LogiCane Sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10g 40% reduced-fat sunflower spread, melted, cooled
1 tablespoon 100% apple juice
80ml (1/3 cup) water
125ml (1/2 cup) low-fat vanilla custard (optional)

- Place the apples in a small ovenproof dish. Spoon the filling evenly into the centre of each apple. Pour the water around the base of the apples. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the apples are almost tender.
- Remove the foil and cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until the apples are very tender. Drizzle 11/2 tablespoons of custard over each apple, to serve.
