Ingredients

  • 95 g tuna in spring water drained
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • ½ avocado chopped
  • fresh rocket leaves
  • 4 slices Bürgen® Soy-Lin® Bread

Method

  • Combine all ingredients gently and spread over two slices of bread. Top with rocket leaves and another slice of bread.
