Seared salmon and tzatziki tasting plate
- 2 slices Bürgen® Wholemeal & Seeds bread toasted
- 100 g salmon fillet skin off
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ground white pepper
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
- 1 cup mixed salad leaves
- Heat a small non-stick pan over a medium heat. Sear the salmon on both sides for a minute. Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate. Cover with the lemon juice and season with a little ground white pepper. Break it into chunks.
- Serve the salmon chunks with the lettuce, tzatziki and toast fingers.
