Oat Bran and Prune Porridge

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup oat bran
- 240 ml water
- 240 ml reduced fat milk milk of your choice
- 6 prunes pitted or ½ cup blueberries
- ground cinnamon
Method
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan except cinnamon and place on a medium heat.
- Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer and stir for approximately one minute. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. Add extra milk if desired.
