Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bürgen® Wholegrain & Oats bread
  • ½ medium (50g) unpeeled pear, sliced thinly
  • ½ tsp teaspoon lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 slices (40g) Jarlsberg Lite cheese
  • 2 slices DON® Traditional Ham Off The Bone or other low salt ham
  • ½ cup (15g) small rocket leaves

Method

  • Put the finely sliced pear into a bowl with the lemon juice and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Put the cheese on to one slice of bread and add one slice of ham, pear slices and rocket. Top with remaining slices of ham, cheese and bread.
