How to cook

Whether you like to mash, bake or boil – GiLICIOUS potatoes have an exceptionally creamy taste and ‘melt in the mouth’ texture.

If you want to get the most nutrition out of your GiLICIOUS potatoes and keep the GI lower, the best cooking method is:

1. Wash potatoes and leave their skin on

2. Cut into 1cm thick slices

3. Place into hot (not boiling water), bring to boil

4. Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until potatoes are ‘al dente’ (firm but cooked through)

And, because they are lower carb and lower GI, it leaves more room for other delicious, healthy carbs on the plate.
